Toke will follow the lawful taxi-pricing rules that apply to each journey. The confirmed booking flow will explain whether a fare is regulated, metered, fixed or estimated before a passenger proceeds.

Toke is not promising surge pricing. Any price, supplement or estimate shown must reflect the applicable taxi rules and be explained clearly before confirmation.

The passenger experience is designed to show useful booking progress, driver-arrival information and the controls needed to understand location sharing.

Toke is an independent technology platform being prepared for passengers, licensed taxi drivers and organisations in Gran Canaria. It connects passengers with independent licensed professionals and does not provide transport itself.

The first planned market is Las Palmas de Gran Canaria. Availability, operating area and participating taxi coverage will be confirmed before public bookings open.

Business booking tools are planned for hotels, care organisations and local businesses that arrange licensed-taxi journeys for guests, customers, patients or staff. They are not available yet.
