1. Our commitment#
Toke aims to make this website usable by as many people as possible, including people who use keyboards, screen readers, magnification, voice control or reduced-motion settings. Accessibility is considered in design, content and development decisions.
2. Measures implemented#
The website uses semantic page structure, labelled navigation and forms, visible keyboard focus, descriptive links, text alternatives for meaningful images, language metadata, responsive layouts, scalable text, error summaries and reduced-motion support. Legal documents are published as structured HTML rather than image-only files.
The registration flow identifies field errors in text, moves focus to useful recovery points and does not rely on colour alone. Cloudflare Turnstile is configured as a security step within the form flow.
3. Current limitations#
Automated checks cannot identify every accessibility barrier. Third-party security controls and differences between browsers or assistive technologies may affect individual experiences. Toke does not claim that every combination has been independently certified. Reported barriers are assessed and prioritised according to their impact.
4. Feedback and alternative formats#
To report a barrier or request website information in another accessible format, email contacto@toketaxi.net. Include the page, the difficulty encountered and the format or outcome needed. Sharing device or assistive-technology details is optional. Toke will acknowledge the message by email and provide a substantive response as soon as reasonably possible.
5. Transport accessibility#
This statement covers the public website. Toke is a technology platform and does not operate taxis. Licensed drivers remain responsible for applicable accessibility and non-discrimination obligations. When booking services become public, verified vehicle capabilities and available ways to communicate accessibility needs will be described without implying that every vehicle supports every requirement.
6. Review#
This statement is reviewed when material website changes are released or a significant barrier is identified. Updates are recorded through the effective date and document version shown above.
