Community Guidelines

1. Respect and inclusion#

Passengers, drivers, businesses and visitors must treat one another with dignity. Harassment, discrimination, threats, sexual misconduct, retaliation, hate speech and degrading conduct are not accepted.

2. Safety and lawful conduct#

Violence, dangerous instructions, fraud, impersonation, deliberate property damage, unlawful substances, weapons and interference with safe driving are prohibited. Contact the appropriate emergency service first where there is immediate danger. Platform concerns may then be reported to Toke by email.

3. Privacy and integrity#

Do not disclose another person’s contact, location, journey or account information without a lawful reason. Do not misuse booking data, manipulate ratings or payments, create false registrations or use the platform to target another person.

4. Passenger and driver expectations#

Passengers should provide accurate journey information and behave respectfully. Drivers must remain properly licensed and insured, comply with transport and accessibility duties and act professionally. Toke’s technology does not replace the driver’s legal responsibility for the journey.

5. Reporting and response#

Concerns may be sent to contacto@toketaxi.net. Include relevant facts without putting anyone at further risk. Toke may preserve necessary evidence, restrict access and take proportionate action. A person affected by a material platform decision may request human review through the same email address.

6. Updates#

These guidelines support, but do not replace, applicable law or the Passenger, Driver and Platform Terms. Material changes will be published with a new version and effective date.
