1. Website operator#

This website is operated under the trading name Toke from Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Spain. Toke is preparing a technology platform that connects passengers with independent, licensed taxi drivers. Toke is not a taxi company, does not employ drivers, does not own vehicles and does not provide transportation services.

Toke has not yet been incorporated. Corporate registration, tax and commercial-registry details therefore do not exist and are not represented on this website. They will be added if and when they become applicable.

2. Contact#

All enquiries, notices and complaints may be sent to contacto@toketaxi.net. Toke communicates by email and does not publish a telephone contact service.

3. Purpose and availability#

The website explains Toke’s proposed platform and accepts passenger and licensed-driver interest registrations. It does not currently accept public taxi bookings. Registering interest does not create an account, booking, driver engagement or guarantee of access.

4. Intellectual property#

The Toke name, visual identity, website design, software and original content are protected to the extent permitted by law. Visitors may access and use the website for lawful personal or business information purposes. No broader licence is granted. Third-party names and materials remain the property of their respective owners.

5. Acceptable use and external services#

Visitors must not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit unlawful or misleading information, introduce malicious code or misuse registration facilities. Links to third-party services are provided for convenience; those services operate under their own terms and privacy notices.

6. Legal framework#

This notice and use of the website are governed by Spanish law, without limiting mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. The Platform Terms, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Accessibility Statement form part of the public Trust Centre.
