Platform Terms

1. Toke’s role#

Toke provides technology for discovery, booking, payment facilitation, communication and related platform services. Toke is not a taxi company, transport operator or employer of drivers. It does not own vehicles or provide journeys. Transportation is supplied by independent, licensed taxi drivers operating under the applicable local framework, and the passenger’s transport contract is with the driver.

2. Current website#

The website currently provides information and passenger or driver interest registration. It does not accept public bookings, create platform accounts or guarantee future access. Product descriptions explain the service Toke is preparing and may be updated as launch arrangements are completed.

3. Registration and communications#

Visitors must submit accurate information about themselves and must not register another person without authority. Toke may contact registrants by email about the relevant passenger or driver launch pathway. A registration can be withdrawn by emailing contacto@toketaxi.net.

4. Acceptable use#

Visitors must not misuse the website, evade security controls, submit unlawful or misleading content, impersonate another person, scrape protected functions or interfere with availability. Toke may reject or restrict abusive submissions and take proportionate steps to protect people and systems.

5. Future bookings and payments#

When public booking opens, the interface and applicable passenger or driver terms will explain booking formation, regulated fare information, payment facilitation, cancellation and complaint routes before they apply. Toke will not assign itself the legal role of transport provider by facilitating payment. No payment, subscription or driver commercial arrangement is created by the current website.

6. Availability and liability#

Toke takes reasonable care over published information and website availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer, privacy or statutory rights. Visitors remain responsible for their own devices, connectivity and lawful use.

7. Changes, law and contact#

Material changes will be published with a new effective date. Spanish law applies, without removing mandatory rights or competent forums. Questions and complaints may be sent to contacto@toketaxi.net.
