1. Current use#
The public Toke website does not use an artificial-intelligence system to decide whether a passenger or driver may register interest, to rank people, to set fares or to make eligibility decisions. Cloudflare Turnstile is used for automated abuse prevention; it is a security control and not presented as a Toke AI decision about a person.
2. Principles for future use#
Before introducing AI into a public Toke service, Toke will define the purpose, data used, provider, limitations, human oversight, affected people and available controls. Uses involving safety, licensing, access, pricing, fraud or significant decisions require heightened assessment and will not rely on a generic disclosure.
3. Human responsibility#
Toke remains responsible for decisions made through its platform. AI will not replace emergency services, legal obligations, licensed-driver judgement or meaningful human review where a decision materially affects a person.
4. Privacy and data#
Any future AI processing involving personal data must comply with the Privacy Policy, use only data necessary for an identified purpose and have an appropriate retention rule. Visitor or registration content will not be used to train a general-purpose model without a specific, lawful and clearly disclosed basis.
5. Questions and changes#
Questions about automated systems may be sent to contacto@toketaxi.net. If a production AI use is introduced, this notice will identify it and explain the relevant safeguards before or when it affects users.
