1. Scope and current availability#

The website currently accepts interest from licensed taxi drivers. It does not complete onboarding, send live booking requests or create a commercial relationship. Registration does not guarantee eligibility or access.

2. Independent professional relationship#

Toke provides technology and does not employ drivers. Drivers remain independent licensed professionals who decide whether to participate under the terms presented when onboarding opens. Toke does not own or operate their vehicles and does not provide the passenger’s transportation.

3. Driver responsibilities#

Each driver is responsible for maintaining valid professional and taxi licences, lawful operating authority, required insurance, roadworthy vehicle documentation and compliance with fare, safety, accessibility, tax and transport rules. Information given to Toke must remain accurate. Credentials and access must not be shared without authority.

4. Platform standards#

Drivers must act professionally, protect passenger and booking information, avoid discrimination, follow lawful accessibility obligations, communicate respectfully and use platform information only for the relevant journey. Emergency, accident, licensing and insurer notifications remain the driver’s responsibility.

5. Requests, fares and payments#

When driver access opens, Toke will show the information available for a request before acceptance. The driver remains responsible for lawful transport and regulated fare operation. Toke may facilitate passenger payment and marketplace accounting without becoming the transport provider or employer. Any platform fee or payout term will be disclosed before participation.

6. Verification and platform access#

Toke may verify eligibility and may refuse, suspend or remove access where a driver lacks required licences or insurance, supplies misleading information, creates a safety risk, misuses data, commits fraud or materially breaches platform standards. Measures will be proportionate, and the driver may request review by emailing contacto@toketaxi.net.

7. Privacy and changes#

Driver interest data is handled under the Privacy Policy. Material changes to these terms will be published with an updated effective date. No provision removes obligations imposed directly on drivers by applicable transport law.
